Stainless Steel

SUS304 304 is the most universally used as stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. High strength can be obtained by cooling processing. The wire is processed into wire spring and wire rope, then used for the facility of building, food, chemical and nuclear power.
SUS304L The carbon content of 304L is less than 304. Because of this, the intergranular corrosion resistance of 304L is more improved than 304. General corrosion resistance is the same as 304.
SUS310S The resistance of oxidation and heat are superior to SUS304. Since it withstands up to 1035℃ this is used in the device for furnace materials and car exhaust depurators.
SUS316 Compared to chemical composition of 304, Nickel content in 316 is higher and Molybdenum is added in it additionally. This is superior in corrosion resistance to SUS304 about seawater and some kinds of chemicals. In terms of the strength in processing, this is a little less than SUS 304 but the non magnetic level is almost the same as 304.
SUS316L The carbon content of SUS316L is less than 316. Because of this, the intergranular corrosion resistance of 316L is more improved than 316. General corrosion resistance is the same as 316.
SUS321 The intergranular corrosion resistance is improved as Titanium is added additionally in chemical composition of 304.
SUS410 This has rusting resistance and is suitable to be processed variedly by machines. The processed parts are generally used as cutlery, knives, nuts, steam turbine blades, and jet engine parts.
SUS410L The carbon content of 410L is less than 410. Because of this, the processing with 410L is more suitable than 410. This is used in exhaust gas treatment equipment, boiler combustion chambers and burners.
SUS430 430 is universally used as the standard type of 18Cr, which has corrosion resistance and is excellent in cooling processability. This is used for car wiper, kitchen equipment, building interior, and general household appliances.

Special Material

Nickel 200 This is the pure Nickel (99.5% Nickel,) which has excellent malleability and elongation, therefore it enables various and malleable processing. Furthermore, this is used in the facility for food, caustic soda, chemicals, synthetic fibers, aircraft, electricity and electro-mechanical parts as Nickel 200 has excellent resistance to some corrosions.
Inconel Inconel is a trademark of Special Metals Co (Ex name: International Nickel Co.) and its Nickel alloy. The Inconel is classified into Inconel 600, Inconel 625 and others depending on the chemical composition (ratio of Fe, Cr, Nb, Mo and etc.) Inconel has oxidation and corrosion resistance, and also durability, therefore it’s is usable in temperature applications regardless of high temperature or low temperature such as parts of space shuttle, nuclear industry, turbine, aircraft engines, and high-quality automobile muffler.
Incoloy825 This is excellent in corrosion resistance to acid stress corrosion cracking, crevice corrosion of the reducing-oxidizing. Typical uses are for chemical industry, acid production facilities, nuclear fuel reprocessing facilities, oil and gas oil field equipment, and marine and coastal plant.
Monel400 This is one of the Nickel alloys which is excellent in corrosion resistance to sea water, acids, alkalis and etc., additionally, this has superior durability and processability. This is universally used for ocean desalination, petroleum refining parts, marine application and others.
Hastelloy Typical Hastelloy is composed by mainly Ni, Fe, Cr. In addition, there is different types of the Hastelloy which contains Si、W、Cu. Hastelloy is used for waste disposal equipment, petrochemistry applications and smoke exhaust apparatus.
Carpenter Carpenter is the corrosion resistance alloy which contains Ni, Fe, Cr. This is excellent resistance to full corrosion in acid solution, pitching and gap corrosion, and usable for chemistry, petrochemical industry productions devices and apparatus parts.
Brass Brass is composed by mainly Cu and Zn. (Typical Brass contains 65% Cu and 20-35% Zn.) This has genus ductility and standard durability, therefore it enables various and malleable processing like minting coins. Furthermore, Brass is used for sieves, filters and electric wave shields.
Titanium Industrial standard of titanium for filters usually depends on the JIS TW270 (Japanese industrial standard) Titanium is excellent in corrosion resistance especially to seawater. This is used for chemical equipment, oil refinery and paper manufacture devices.
